- Skip the Rice, Bread and Fries: If you want a low-carb meal, feel free to skip the rice, bread and fries and enjoy the other delicious components of the meal. My husband usually eats a lot of rice, bread and fries, while I sometimes skip these for a lighter and healthier meal. But I love them, too!
- Prep Ahead Idea: This week, you can prepare the meatballs on the weekend and freeze them for a super easy weeknight dinner.
- Batch Cooking Idea: Double the recipe for the meatballs and freeze them for easy packed lunches for your kids or another dinner for your whole family on a night where you don’t feel like cooking.
